The Configuration area contains the administrative options used to configure and maintain WebReports. Administrators can manage email, database options, registration, tenants, application settings, branding, and API keys.
Note: Available options may vary depending on your WebReports version, license, and permissions.
Opening Configuration
- Sign in to WebReports with an administrator account.
- Select Configuration from the navigation menu.
- Select the configuration area you want to manage.

Configuration areas
Create and manage the email profile WebReports uses to send scheduled reports, notifications, user invitations, and account-recovery messages.

Registration

Tenants

- Scheduled report processing
- Queues and parallel threads
- Statistics collection
- CORS permissions
- Bridgit AI
- Database and application notifications
- Log cleanup
- Iframe permissions

API Keys
Create and manage API keys used by authorized applications and integrations to access WebReports services.
Important: Treat API keys as sensitive credentials. Store them securely and provide them only to authorized users or applications.
