The Configuration area contains the administrative options used to configure and maintain WebReports. Administrators can manage email, database options, registration, tenants, application settings, branding, API keys, and extensions.
Note: Available options may vary depending on your WebReports version, license, and permissions.
Opening Configuration
- Sign in to WebReports with an administrator account.
- Select Configuration from the navigation menu.
- Select the configuration area you want to manage.

API Keys

Important: Treat API keys as sensitive credentials. Store them securely and provide them only to authorized users or applications.
Extensions
Use Extensions to view licensed extensions available to WebReports and review extensions that have been installed and discovered by the application.
The Extensions page contains two tabs:
- Installed — Displays extensions that have been installed and discovered by WebReports. It also displays extension entitlement and signer information.
- Available — Displays licensed extensions that are available for the WebReports environment.
To access Extensions, select Configuration > Extensions.
