The Tenants page allows administrators to register and manage tenants in a WebReports multitenant environment.
Note: Tenant options are available only when multitenancy is enabled and supported by the WebReports license.
Important: Tenant records contain licensing and registration information. Limit access to authorized administrators.
Open the Tenants page
- Sign in to WebReports with an administrator account.
- Select Configuration.
- Select Tenants.
The page displays each tenant’s company ID, license key, email domain, and registration status. It also provides options to register, edit, and delete tenants.

Information required to register a WebReports tenant.
Enter the tenant information
Complete the following fields:
- Company ID — Enter the company identifier associated with the tenant’s WebReports license.
- License Key — Enter the license key issued for the tenant.
- Registration Password — Enter the password provided for the tenant registration.
- Email Domains — Enter the email domains associated with the tenant. Separate multiple domains with semicolons.
Verify that each email domain is entered correctly before registering the tenant. Incorrect domain assignments may prevent users from being associated with the intended tenant.
Important: Treat the license key and registration password as sensitive credentials. Do not include active values in screenshots, documentation, email, or unsecured messages.
Review the tenant status
The Status column indicates the current registration status of each tenant.
After registering or updating a tenant, review the status to confirm that WebReports processed the registration successfully.
If the tenant displays an unexpected status, verify its registration information and contact BridgeWorks Support if assistance is required.
Edit a tenant
- Locate and select the tenant.
- Select Edit.
- Update the available registration information.
- Review every field carefully.
- Select Update.
Registration information available when editing a tenant.
Important: Selecting Update immediately saves the tenant changes. WebReports does not display a confirmation prompt.
After updating the tenant, review its status and verify that users associated with its email domains can access the appropriate tenant.
Delete a tenant
Before deleting a tenant:
- Verify that the correct tenant is selected.
- Confirm that the tenant is no longer required.
- Determine how removal will affect its users, reports, assignments, and integrations.
- Record any information that may be required later.
- Create an appropriate backup when required by your organization.
When you are certain the tenant can be removed, select Delete and follow any instructions displayed by WebReports.
Important: Treat Delete as an immediate action, so do not select Delete unless you are prepared to remove the selected tenant.
If you are unsure whether a tenant can be deleted safely, contact BridgeWorks Support before continuing.
