The Branding page allows administrators to customize the colors, header text, logo, login image, notification icon, and favicons displayed in WebReports.
Note: Branding changes apply throughout WebReports and may affect all users.
Open the Branding page
- Sign in to WebReports with an administrator account.
- Select Configuration.
- Select Branding.

Customize the colors
WebReports provides the following color options:
- Primary Color — Sets the primary color used throughout the WebReports interface.
- Focus Color — Sets the color used to identify focused or selected interface elements.
- Secondary Color — Sets the secondary accent color used throughout the interface.
To change a color:
- Select the color field you want to modify.
- Choose a color visually or enter its RGB or hexadecimal value.
- Select OK to apply the selection.
Select Cancel to close the color selector without applying the change.

Tip: Use colors with sufficient contrast so text, buttons, and other interface elements remain easy to read.
Customize the header text
Enter the text you want WebReports to display in the application header.
Use a short, recognizable name, such as your organization, department, or reporting portal name.
Customize branding images
The Branding page provides the following image options:
Logo
Upload the logo displayed within the WebReports interface.
Login Image
Upload the image displayed on the WebReports sign-in page.
Notification Icon
Upload the icon used for supported WebReports notifications.
For each option, select the image field and choose the image you want to use. Review the preview before saving your changes.
Tip: Use clear, appropriately sized images that remain readable at the dimensions where WebReports displays them.
Customize favicons
Favicons identify WebReports in browser tabs, bookmarks, shortcuts, and other supported locations.
WebReports provides separate favicon fields for the following sizes:
- 16 × 16
- 32 × 32
- 64 × 64
- 256 × 256
Upload an appropriately sized version of the same icon for each field to maintain a consistent appearance across browsers and devices.
Save the branding changes
After reviewing the colors, text, images, and favicons, select Save.
Refresh WebReports or sign in again if a saved change does not appear immediately.
Restore the default branding
To return the Branding page to the WebReports default values:
- Select Restore Defaults.
- Review the restored colors, text, and images.
- Select Save to apply the defaults.
Important: Restoring the defaults replaces the custom branding selections. Keep copies of any custom images and record custom color values before restoring the defaults.
