Customize Branding in WebReports

The Branding page controls the visual identity used throughout WebReports: interface colors, header text, logo, sign-in image, notification icon, and browser favicons.

Use branding to identify the organization’s reporting portal and maintain a consistent appearance. Branding changes affect the shared application interface, so review readability before saving.

Open Branding

1. Sign in to WebReports with an administrator account.
2. Expand Configuration in the left navigation.
3. Select Branding.

Set colors and header text

1. Select Primary Color, Primary Focus Color, or Secondary Color.
2. Choose a color in the picker or enter its supported numeric or hexadecimal value. Apply the picker selection with OK, or use Cancel to discard it.
3. Enter a short, recognizable Header Text, such as the organization or reporting portal name.
4. Review contrast and the appearance of selected and focused controls.

Select branding images

Use the matching Select button, choose the image file, and review its preview. Prepare clear images for the size in which they will appear. Use versions of the same icon for the favicon sizes.

Save and verify

1. Select Save.
2. Review the application header and interface. Refresh the page if needed.
3. Review the sign-in page and browser icon where applicable. Browser caching may delay an updated favicon.

Restore defaults

Record your current colors and keep copies of custom images before selecting Restore Defaults. Review the restored selections and select Save to apply them.
