In this article we provide detail how to customize the email templates used for Activate Account, Reset Password and Forgot Username in Web Reports.
Why Customize Email Templates?
The customized email templates allow for company branding such as logos as well as modified text to be added to the emails being sent via WebReports.
Where Can Customize Email Templates?
Email Templates can be customized on the Email page located on the Management tab of Web Reports.

IMPORTANT KEY WORDS: Please keep in mind if a section does not contain its required key field, your changes will not be able to be saved.
Activate Account Key Field: [@InvitationLink]
Reset Password Key Field: [@PasswordResetLink]
Forgot Username Key Field: [@ForgotUsername]
1. Click on the Management tab of Web Reports navigation bar, then select the Email page.
2. Scroll down to the desired email template, then make the desired changes.
