Database Maintenance

Article Goal: Provide information on WebReports database maintenance.

In this article we provide information on database maintenance for WebReports. The database maintenance page allows you to track and clear the following information.

- Database
- Notification Threshold ( in GB )
- Current Size ( in GB )
- Unallocated Space 
- Space used by indexes 
- Space used by data objects
- Space reserved for data objects
- Space reserved for data objects but not used

NOTE: You also have the option to "Shrink Database"... this will clear up space in the database.

Where Is Database Maintenance?

The database maintenance is located on the Database page under the Management tab.
