Article Goal
Learn how to configure the branding settings in WebReports to customize the platform's appearance, including logos, theme colors, and interface icons.
Why Customize Branding?
Branding allows you to align the look and feel of WebReports with your organization's identity. By updating logos, colors, and other visual elements, you can deliver a more professional and recognizable experience to your users.
Tip: Branding updates are especially useful for white-label implementations or when deploying WebReports across multiple departments or clients.
Where Can You Change Branding?
Branding settings are available on the Branding page under the Management tab in WebReports.
Important: If you plan to upload image files (e.g., logos, backgrounds), you must give the IIS_IUSRS account full control over the /assets/ directory. Without this permission, uploads will fail.
Available Branding Options
You can edit the following keys to update WebReports' appearance. All settings are located in the branding configuration section. A color picker tool may help with HEX value selection.
Primary Color
Controls the main accent color used throughout the UI.
Primary Focus Color / RGB
Used for hover/focus states and active elements.
Secondary Color
Typically used for sidebar and background themes.
Logo
Displays on the top-left of the WebReports interface.
Login Page Background
Background image shown on the login screen.
Header Text
Text that appears in the page header (e.g., title bar).
Icons
Customize various interface icons.
