Why Use Open Completed?
The Open Completed button allows users to access a View exactly as it was at the time it was executed in WebReports—without needing to rerun the View. This is particularly helpful for reviewing previous output, diagnosing scheduling issues, or modifying a View based on its last execution.
Tip: If you're troubleshooting a job that completed but had unexpected results, use this button to see what data and settings were in place at the time it ran.
Where Can You Open Completed Views?
You can access Completed Views via the WebReports tab in VDM’s main ribbon.
Note: The WebReports tab is only visible when connected to a WebReports profile.

Steps to Open Completed Views
Step 1: Connect to WebReports
Select a WebReports connection profile in VDM.
Step 2: Open the WebReports Tab
Click the WebReports tab on VDM's main ribbon bar.
Step 3: Click “Open Completed”
Click the Open Completed button to launch the list of completed views.
Step 4: Choose a Completed View
Double-click on a completed View from the list to open it.
Step 5: Review or Modify the View
Make any necessary changes or simply review the data and configuration used when the View was originally executed.
