The Statistics page provides live information about manual and scheduled report activity on the WebReports instance.
Administrators can use Statistics to monitor workloads, completed and failed reports, process activity, memory use, and CPU use.
Open the Statistics page
- Sign in to WebReports.
- Select Management.
- Select Statistics.
The Statistics page contains two tabs:
- Overview
- Activity
Statistics Overview
The Overview tab provides a summary of report workloads and resource use.
Filter the statistics
Use the controls at the top of the page to select:
- Host — The WebReports host to monitor.
- Process — A specific process or all process IDs.
- Timeline — The period displayed in the statistics.
- Refresh — Manually refreshes the displayed information.
The Live indicator shows that current activity is being monitored.
Workload and resource history
The timeline displays relative workload and resource peaks for:
- Waiting reports
- Running reports
- Completed reports
- Failed reports
- Memory
- CPU
Use the timeline control to adjust the period being reviewed.
Queue & Download
The Queue & Download card displays:
- Active and maximum report counts
- Waiting reports and queue capacity
- Reports completed during the last 30 minutes
- Reports that failed during the last 30 minutes
In-Memory reports
The In-Memory card displays:
- Reports currently active
- Reports completed during the last 30 minutes
- Reports that failed during the last 30 minutes
Scheduled Reports
The Scheduled Reports card displays:
- Active and maximum scheduled reports
- Waiting reports and scheduler capacity
- Reports completed during the last 30 minutes
- Reports that failed during the last 30 minutes
Report activity charts
The lower portion of the Overview tab displays activity charts for:
- Queue & Download
- In-Memory
- Scheduler
These charts show waiting, running, and completed activity during the selected period.
Statistics Activity
Select Activity to review individual report activity and process performance.

Use the search box to find activity by:
- Report
- Description
- Connection
- User
- Report type
- Workload
- Status
The activity table can display:
- Report name and description
- Connection
- User
- Report type
- Workload
- Status
- Process ID
- Start and end times
- Duration
- Dataset size
- CPU use
Process performance
The bottom of the Activity tab displays memory and CPU history for the selected WebReports host and process.
Memory and CPU measurements apply to the shared WebReports process and may not represent the resource use of an individual report.
Protect sensitive information
Statistics can display usernames, report names, hostnames, process IDs, connection names, and system-performance information.
Do not publish screenshots containing production usernames, email addresses, hostnames, or other sensitive environment information. Use sanitized screenshots or a test environment for documentation.
