The Available Reports page allows users to find reports they can access, switch between Grid and Cards views, mark favorites, create filters, and run reports in several output formats.
Open Available Reports
- Sign in to WebReports.
- Select Reports.
- Select Available.
The page displays the reports available to your user account.

Find a report
Use the search field and filtering options to narrow the report list.
Available report information may include:
- Report name
- Description
- Category
- Report type
- Connection
- Role
- Favorite status
Select Include roles to include reports available through assigned roles.
Select a column heading to change the sort order. Use the pagination controls to move between result pages when multiple pages are available.
Switch between Grid and Cards views
Under View, select one of the following:
- Grid — Displays reports in a table for compact browsing, sorting, and selection.
- Cards — Displays each report as a card with its details, favorite control, output shortcuts, and Run menu.
Changing the view does not change which reports are available.

Mark a report as a favorite
Use the favorite control beside a report to add or remove it from your favorites.
Favorites can help you quickly locate reports that you run frequently. Use the favorite filter on the Available Reports page to display only reports marked as favorites.
Select a report in Grid view
In Grid view, select the checkbox beside a report. The selected report becomes available to the Run report control.
Verify the report name, type, connection, and role before running it.
Choose how to run a report
Open the arrow beside Run report in Grid view, or use the Run menu on a report card.
The available actions are:
- Detail Grid — Runs the report and displays detailed results in a grid.
- Summary Grid — Runs the report and displays summarized results in a grid.
- Finished Report — Generates the finished report output.
- Visualize — Opens the report results in Visualize.
- Download — Generates report output for download.
- Queue — Submits the report for background processing.
Available actions may depend on the report and your assigned permissions.

Note: Selecting an action may open a parameter page when the report requires additional values before it can run.
Create an advanced filter
Use Create Filter to build a custom filter with one or more conditions.
- Select Create Filter.
- Select the green +.
- Select Add Condition.
- Select a field.
- Select an operator.
- Enter or select a value when required.
- Add more conditions or groups as needed.
- Select OK to apply the filter.
Select Cancel to close the Filter Builder without applying the changes.

Select a filter field
Each condition begins with a field. Available fields include:
- Name
- View Id
- Connection Name
- Role
- Category
- Description
- Type
- Connection Id
- Role Id
Choose the field that contains the information you want to evaluate.
Select a filter operator
Operators determine how the selected field is compared with the value.
Available operators include:
- Contains
- Does not contain
- Starts with
- Ends with
- Equals
- Does not equal
- Is blank
- Is not blank
- Is any of
- Is none of
Operators such as Is blank and Is not blank do not require a comparison value.

Add multiple conditions
Select the green +, and then select Add Condition to add another condition to the current group.
Use the group’s logical operator to control how its conditions are evaluated:
- And — All conditions in the group must be true.
- Or — At least one condition in the group must be true.
- Not And — Excludes results for which all conditions are true.
- Not Or — Excludes results for which any condition is true.
Select the red × beside a condition to remove it.
Add a nested group
Nested groups allow you to combine related conditions within a larger filter.
- Select the green + in the parent group.
- Select Add Group.
- Choose the logical operator for the new group.
- Add conditions or additional nested groups.
- Select OK after reviewing the complete filter.
Each group has its own logical operator and controls for adding or removing conditions and groups.

Tip: Review nested filters carefully. The selected And, Or, Not And, or Not Or operator can significantly change which reports are displayed.
Remove a filter condition or group
Select the red × beside the condition or group you want to remove.
Removing a group also removes the conditions and nested groups it contains. Review the filter before selecting OK.
