Important Note: VDM Version 10 and later exclusively support 64-bit drivers.

Tips for Configuring ODBC Drivers

1. Using 32-bit Drivers on a 64-bit Workstation:

   • If you need to set up a DSN with a 32-bit driver on a 64-bit workstation, use the Windows ODBC Manager (odbcad32.exe) located at: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe.

2. Using 64-bit Drivers on a 64-bit Workstation:

   • When setting up a DSN with a 64-bit driver on a 64-bit workstation, use the Windows ODBC Manager (odbcad32.exe) located at: C:\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe.
