The Problem: If a debtor name has the word TOTAL in it, this will cause processing errors due to TOTAL being a key value / special reserved word. We text parse and have to look for key values to tell us where we are in the document and the world TOTAL is one of them.

The Solution:

1. Manually edit the value and replace TOTAL with T0TAL (use a zero instead of o).
