Before You Begin
Have your registration password available. If you do not have it, contact BridgeWorks Support before continuing.
Save any open Views or reports. After successful reactivation, VDM displays a success notification and closes automatically.
Reactivate Your VDM License
Step 1: Open VDM
Launch VDM on the workstation whose license you want to reactivate.
Step 2: Select Reactivate License
Select Settings, then select Reactivate License on the right side of the VDM window.
Step 3: Enter Your Registration Password
When prompted, enter the password associated with your VDM registration.
Step 4: Review the Success Notification
If the password is accepted and reactivation succeeds, VDM displays a Success notification and closes automatically.
Step 5: Reopen VDM and Check Your License
Open VDM again. Select Settings and review Status under License Information on the right.
For details about the license status and next validation date, see License Checks & Validation.
If Reactivation Does Not Complete
If the Reactivate License button is unavailable, the password is not accepted, or VDM displays an error, contact BridgeWorks Support. Include your workstation name, Company ID, VDM version, and the exact error message, if one appears. Do not include your registration password or license key in the support request.
