Viewing Your Company’s VDM Licenses

You can view the VDM licenses registered to your company from Settings. A registration password is required to open the company license form.

Before You Begin

Have your company's registration password available. If you do not have it, contact BridgeWorks Support for assistance. Do not include your registration password or license key in a support request.

View Your Company's Licenses

Step 1: Open VDM

Launch VDM on your workstation.

Step 2: Open the Company License Form

Select Settings at the bottom of the VDM window. On the Settings screen, select View Company Licenses. In the current interface, this button appears beneath License Information on the right.

The screenshots below show an earlier interface. The position of the controls may differ in your version of VDM.

Step 3: Enter Your Registration Password

When prompted, enter your company's registration password to open the license form.

Step 4: Review Your Company's Licenses

After the password is accepted, the license form displays the VDM licenses registered to your company.

This form lets you review company licenses. To check the status and next validation date for the VDM installation you are using, see License Checks & Validation.

If You Cannot View Company Licenses

If you do not have the registration password, the password is not accepted, or the license form does not open, contact BridgeWorks Support. Include your VDM version and the exact error message, if one appears.
