- Queue For Role – Executes the report and makes the completed results available to users assigned to the selected role.

- Download For Role – Executes the report and makes the generated output available to users assigned to the selected role.
If the selected report contains parameters, the Parameters button becomes available, allowing users to configure the required values before saving the appointment.
Email Notifications
Scheduled appointments can send notifications to one or more email recipients.
Multiple email addresses can be entered using a semicolon (;) separator.
Notifications can help users monitor scheduled report activity and receive report results when configured.
