Trouble Viewing Images? If the images appear too small or unclear, you can right-click on them and select "Open in New Tab." This will enlarge the image, allowing you to view it more easily. Alternatively, you can zoom in on the page by holding the "Ctrl" key and scrolling up with your mouse wheel.
If you're experiencing issues with BridgeWorks VDM or need to update your license information, follow this step-by-step guide to reset and re-register your software.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Open VDM
2. Navigate to the VDM Configuration Folder
You can do this in one of two ways:
Option A: Use the Run Command (Quickest)

Press
Windows + Ron your keyboard to open the Run dialog. -
Type the following and press Enter:
appdata%\BridgeWorks VDM
Option B: Use Windows File Explorer

Open File Explorer (you can press
Windows + Eor click the folder icon on your taskbar). -
In the address bar at the top, copy and paste the following path:
appdata%\BridgeWorks VDM -
Press Enter on your keyboard.
💡 The
%appdata%part takes you to your Roaming AppData folder, where VDM stores its settings.
3. Delete the License File
Inside the folder BridgeWorks VDM, locate a file named: VDM.lic Right-click on this file and choose Delete.
💡 This removes your current license and prepares VDM to accept new registration information.
4. Update the Company ID in VDM

Go to Settings.

Locate the Company ID field and enter the correct Company ID.
⚠️ Important: Updating the Company ID will automatically restart VDM. This is normal and expected.
5. Re-Enter Your Registration Information
Once VDM restarts, it should automatically prompt you to complete the registration process. If it does not prompt you, follow these steps manually:

Open VDM.

Click on the Help menu at the top.

Select Register from the dropdown menu.
You’ll be asked to enter your registration details:

✅ Registration Password
