Use Calendar Detail to review scheduled appointments, associated Jobs, Views, executions, and delivery settings in a grid. You can group, sort, filter, search, rearrange columns, and copy the data into Excel.
Open Calendar Detail
- Select Scheduler from the bottom navigation.
- Select Calendar under Automation.
- On the Options ribbon, select Calendar Detail in the Active View section.

Calendar Detail displays schedule names, notes, and recurrence settings.
Review Schedule Information
The table below lists common fields available in Calendar Detail. Scroll horizontally to view additional fields.

Group and Sort the Grid
Group by a Column
- Click and hold a column header, such as Schedule Name.
- Drag it into the grouping area above the column headers.
- Release the mouse button.
- Use the arrow beside a group to expand or collapse its rows.

Change the Sort Order
Click a column header or the grouped field to change its sort order. The sort indicator beside the field name shows the current direction.
Filter the Grid
- Select the filter icon on the column header or grouped field.
- Under Values, locate and select the values you want to display. Use the popup’s search field to find values in a long list.
- Select Close when finished.
The Text Filters tab provides additional filtering conditions. To remove an applied filter, reopen the filter popup and select Clear Filter.
Searching for daily within the Schedule Name filter locates the demo values available for selection.
Search the Grid
- Click the search field in the upper-right corner of Calendar Detail.
- Enter a search term, such as daily.
- Press Enter or select Find.
Matching text is highlighted in the grid. Other rows can remain visible; use a column filter when you want to limit the displayed rows.

Select the X in the search field to clear the search.
Rearrange Columns
- Click and hold the column header you want to move.
- Drag it left or right within the column-header row.
- Release it at the desired position.
Keep the column within the header row when rearranging it. Dragging it into the area above the headers groups the grid by that field.
Review Views and Executions
Scroll horizontally to locate View Name, View Enabled, Execution Name, and Execution Enabled.
- View Name identifies the View used by the Job.
- View Enabled shows whether that View is enabled.
- Execution Name identifies the execution.
- Execution Enabled shows whether that execution is enabled.

Copy Calendar Detail into Excel
- Click inside the Calendar Detail grid to give it focus.
- Press Ctrl+A to select the grid data.
- Press Ctrl+C to copy it.
- Open Microsoft Excel and create a blank workbook.
- Select the destination cell, such as A1.
- Press Ctrl+V to paste.
Important: Click inside the grid before pressing Ctrl+A. If the search field has focus, the shortcut selects the search text instead.

Adjust the Excel column widths as needed, then save the workbook. Checkbox values may appear as Checked or Unchecked in the pasted data.
