Purpose

This article explains how to determine whether your BridgeWorks product version is currently supported.

Supported Versions

BridgeWorks recommends running the latest available version of each product.

Supported and historical releases are documented in the applicable version history or version list:

• VDM Version History Archive
• Analytics Versions History Archive
• Ontario Reports Versions History Archive
• WebReports Versions List

Older versions may no longer receive maintenance updates, bug fixes, compatibility updates, or technical support.

If you are unsure whether a specific version is supported, review the applicable version history or contact BridgeWorks Support.
