Email Provider Server Settings

These settings include the Incoming Mail Server (IMAP/POP3) and Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) for popular email providers. You’ll use these details when configuring an email profile or setting up email notifications for scheduled jobs.

Understanding Email Settings

Incoming Mail Server

Used to receive email into your mail application.

Recommended Protocol

  • IMAP (recommended)
    • Syncs mail across multiple devices
  • POP3
    • Downloads mail locally to one device

Outgoing Mail Server

Used to send email from your mail application.
