Article Goal: Resolve challenges with Calendar / Scheduled jobs being lost

In this article we cover how to recover your CALENDAR file in the event of a damaged/lost files. A key sign that your CALENDAR file may be damaged is lost scheduled appointments / jobs on the calendar inside VDM.

Steps To Recover CALENDAR Backups.

1. Browse to your CalendarBackups folder

2. Select the calendar back up you want and make a copy of it. (The Date and Time are in the file name for when the back up was created)

3. Rename the copy of the backup to CALENDAR, then copy the file.

4. Paste the backup CALENDAR file over the old one. (Located in the Scheduler Calendar Location in your VDM settings) 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Verify the CALENDAR file is in the same location that is set in the Service Options Calendar Location if you using the service to automate your jobs.
