Why Change User Passwords?
Admins may need to reset user passwords due to forgotten credentials, security policies, or onboarding processes. WebReports allows designated admins to update user credentials directly from the user management panel—quickly and securely.
Tip: Always use strong, secure passwords and update them periodically. Consider enabling password rotation policies if required by your organization.
Where Can Admins Change User Passwords?
Admins may change a user's password by going to the Users page under the Management tab in the WebReports navigation bar.
Note: Only users with administrative privileges will have access to these controls.

Steps to Change User Passwords
Step 1: Go to the Management / Users Tab
Click the Users tab in the WebReports navigation bar.
Step 2: Open the Change Password Dialog
Locate the user whose password you need to update, then click the Change Password button.
Tip: If the screen size is small or zoomed in, you may need to scroll or adjust the view to see the Change Password option.
Step 3: Enter the New Password / Confirm the New Password
Type in the new password for the selected user. Re-enter the password to confirm accuracy,
Step 4: Save the changes
Click the Change button to apply the changes.
