In this article we provide detail how to edit users in Web Reports.
Why Edit Users?
Editing a user will give admins the ability to change the roles associated with a user.
Where Can You Edit Users?
Users can be edited on the Users page located on the Management tab of the WebReports navigation bar.

NOTE: Changes made will not take effect until the user logs out.
1. Click on the Management tab of Web Reports navigation bar.
2. Click on the edit user button.
3. Edit the user's email.
4. Edit the roles you want for the user.
5. Select the UDFs you want for the user.
6. Select the Connection Profiles you want for the users.
Note: These will determine the available connections when setting up connection profiles in VDM. If none are selected, none will appear in VDM.
7. Click the Change Button to save your changes to the user.
