In this article we provide detail how to download reports that were downloaded in Web Reports.

Why Download Completed Reports?

The download button will download the report in the selected format. 

NOTE: This is different then download on the available reports page. This download will download the file on to your PC. The download button on available reports will download the the selected file type to the completed section.

Where Can You Download Completed Reports?

The selected parameters can be viewed on the Completed page located on the Reports tab of Web Reports.

How To Download Completed Reports.

1. Click on the Reports tab of Web Reports navigation bar then select Completed.

2. Click on the download button to download the file.

NOTE: Reports will only be available to download if the download / download for role button was used.

3. Verify the report downloaded successfully.
