Troubleshooting No Fields Available in the Pivot Grid

If no fields are available in the Pivot Grid, reload the available fields from the Pivot Grid right-click menu.

Reload the Pivot Grid Fields

1. Open the Pivot Grid.
2. Right-click anywhere inside the Pivot Grid.
3. Select Reload Fields (Preserve Pivot).
4. Allow the fields to reload.
5. Confirm that the available fields are displayed again.

Reload Fields (Preserve Pivot) option in the Pivot Grid right-click menu.

The Reload Fields (Preserve Pivot) option refreshes the available fields without clearing the existing Pivot Grid layout.

If the Fields Still Do Not Appear

If reloading the fields does not resolve the issue:

• Confirm the View is returning data.
• Verify that the expected fields are available from the data source.
• Close and reopen the Pivot Grid.
• Contact BridgeWorks Support if the fields are still unavailable.
