High DPI Scaling Override

Article Goal

DPI scaling override may be required when using 4K or higher-resolution monitors with increased scaling settings. If so, you may adjust the application's compatibility settings to enable High DPI scaling override at the system level.

Correct DPI Scaling

How to enable DPI scaling override

• Right-click on the BridgeWorks VDM short-cut on your desktop.

• Click on Properties.

• Select Compatibility.

• Select Change high DPI setting under the settings menu.

• Check the checkbox for High DPI scaling override.
• Select the drop-down box and choose System.
• Then click OK.
