After running a View, you can export data from the Export/Print ribbon.
The available export options are divided into two groups:
- No Preview – exports the selected data directly
- Preview – opens the export in a preview window before saving or printing
Export Options
The current Export/Print ribbon includes the following options.
No Preview
Use these options to export directly without opening a preview first:
- Details
- Summary
- Pivot
- Chart
- Export Multi Sheet
Preview
Use these options when you want to review the output before exporting or printing:
- Details
- Summary
- Pivot
- Chart

Export Without Preview
To export directly:
- Run the View.
- Select the Export/Print ribbon.
- Under No Preview, select the data you want to export:
- Details
- Summary
- Pivot
- Chart
- Choose the available export format and save the file.
This option is useful when you do not need to review the output before saving it.
Export With Preview
To review the output before exporting:
- Run the View.
- Select the Export/Print ribbon.
- Under Preview, select:
- Details
- Summary
- Pivot
- Chart
- Review the generated preview.
- Use the available preview options to export or print the output.
The Preview option is useful when you want to review the layout before creating the final file.
Export Multi Sheet
Export Multi Sheet is available under the No Preview section of the Export/Print ribbon.
Use this option when you need to export multiple available data areas into a single Excel workbook with separate worksheets.

Notes
- The available export options depend on the components configured in the View.
- A Summary, Pivot, or Chart must be available in the View before that export option can be used for meaningful output.
- The current Export/Print ribbon does not include the legacy Gauge export option.
