Bug 1108 - Update User - UDF Values Not Showing

Found in Version 11.3.10.0
Resolved on 9/26/2022. (Release Version: WebReports 11.3.11.0)

 

Bug: When updating a user, the values for UDF are set in the database but do not get populated when opening the user again. This makes them appear blank and not able to be modified.

 

Steps to replicate:

  1. Click on update user
  2. Modify the UDF values
  3. Click Change
Result: The values are set in the database but do not get populated when opening the user again. This makes them appear blank and not able to be modified.
