Resolved on 7/22/2022. (Release Version: WebReports 11.3.4.0)

Bug: When removing UDFs from a user, if all of the fields are unchecked the changes will not be saved. This is believed to be due to a null value not being allowed. We should likely clear the values once they are unchecked so that it is not seen as a null.

Repro Steps:

1. Add 2-3 UDFs for a user
2. Uncheck 1 of the UDFs
3. Save the Changes and verify they were made
4. Uncheck the remaining UDFs 
5. Save the changes and verify they were made
