Bug: When viewing a report that has a Sub Report in it, the Sub Report does not get displayed. The first image below indicates in browser and the second image is in VDM.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Publish a View that uses a Sub Report in the Finished Report.
2. Execute the Finished Report.
