Resolved on 3/16/2022. (Release Version: VDM 11.1.1.0)

Bug: SQL Connections are using a colon instead of a comma in the connection profile. This is also reflected in the visual component of the SQL conenction wizard.

Workaround: Enter a comma after the server and then the port. (See the Before Fix screenshot below.)
