Resolved on 3/9/2022. (Release Version: VDM 11.1.0.0)

Bug: Minimizing a DetailReport band while selecting on the detail band results in an unhandled exception.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Enter FR Designer

2. Insert a Detail Report (right click > Insert Detail Report)

3. Add a field into the DetailReport band

4. Minimize the DetailReport Band

Workaround: Select the detail band prior to minimizing the band.
