NOTE: After DLL updates copying and pasting bands is no longer supported.

Bug: Copying a detail band and pasting it into the Finished Reports designer created a large red X across the band and returns an unhandled exception.

Workaround: Add the desired band into the report gallery and then insert the band from there.
