Bug 704 - Save and Upload Blank Message

Bug: Long running sessions of VDM with timed out sessions using the Save and Upload to WebReports button would get an empty message. The time out of the connection also affects the ability to re-query a report that you're working on.
Example / Steps: Go into FR or Viz designer, after querying, and work on the report for an extended period of time. If you go back to Main it won't allow you to run the report, and the connection glyph indicates it's "active". To resolve the challenge, you have to click Load All, then re-open your report, search and continue working on the FR/Viz.
