Bug: The Edit Wizard does not get the current properties of the Job, but instead resets to all defaults. If you have a Job configured and use the edit wizard you will have to set all the properties again. It also does not actually set the properties.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a job and set the properties using the property tab (not inside wizard)
2. Use the edit wizard and see the defaults are using not the previously set properties.
3. Make changes to the Edit Wizard properties and finish the setup.
