Bug: When selecting a new set of data using Run View in the Finished Reports Designer, the new data is not displayed until you click refresh data as well.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run a view
2. Enter FR Designer
3. Preview results
4. Run the view from the designer using new parameters
5. Preview the data
