Bug: When there are multiples of the same field in a view, reordering them in tables and fields does not update the order. Additionally, the order does not stay changed between Save and Open of the view.

Steps to reproduce:

1. 1. Create a view with duplicates of the same field
   2. Adjust the order in tables and fields
   3. Save and re-open the view
