Feature 781 - Send Email List On WebReports Application Start

Feature Request: Send email notification to an email list, when WebReports application is starting up.

 

Goal: The purpose of this notification is for select users to know when the WebReports server has been restarted, or the application pool recycled/restarted.  The administrators of the WebReports environment do not manage the server hardware/operating system.  This notification enables them to know when the event has occurred and can review logs to see more information.
