Bug: Trying to close VDM from the main screen with the Finished Reports designer open results in an unhandled exception.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run a View
2. Go into Finished Reports
3. Make a change
4. Select VDM Main
5. Attempt to close VDM
6. Select no to saving changes.
