Bug: The VoV Builder form title is displayed in other sections of VDM after clicking open inside the VoV Builder.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click VoV Builder
2. Click Open
3. Click Cancel
4. VoV (View of Views) Builder follows you through VDM.
