Feature 255 - Ability To Update VoV View Path (No Text Editor)

Feature Request: This feature request would give the user the ability to modify a View's path in VDM when creating/modifying a VoV. This would eliminate the need to use a text editor or remaking the VoV due to a View location/name changing inside a VoV.
