Resolved on 11/2/2021. (Release Version 10.2.2.0)

Bug: The In No Paren parameter type does not seem to follow the required settings. If no values are selected you can still click Finish in the parameter selection without being forced to select a value.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a View with IN No Paren Parameter
2. Set Required to True
3. Execute the view
4. Click Finish on the parameter form.
