Feature 632 - Reserved Word Right Click Menu and E-mail Setup

Feature Request: Add features that were available in versions 9 and prior, giving the user the ability to right click in the E-email body to insert reserved words. See example images below. Also, allow ENTER to be used to structure the email body, moving a sentence to another line instead of using carriage returns, line breaks, etc.
