Resolved with Version 10.0.38.0 (Released: March 15, 2021)

Bug: When selected on a database and deleting a Command Table in a different database, the tables / database seem to disappear but not be deleted. Once tables are reloaded they will be there again.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select a database.
2. Attempt to delete a Command Table from another database or the database itself.

Expected Result: Selected tables be deleted and remain deleted.

Actual Result: Tables would not be deleted at the file location causing them to appear after loading the tables again.
