Feature 259 - Parameters - DTP Date and Time Selection

This feature was implemented on 2/4/2022. (Release Version: VDM 11.0.3.0)

This feature request would give the user the ability to configure the DTP (Date Time Picker) to select both a date and time, as well as a date or time. Additionally, the user would be able to apply a format to the result in order to control the output.
