Resolved in Version 10.0.31.0 (Released: January 12, 2021)

Bug: WebReports does not display the "description" field when a value list is provided for an IN Box Type.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a view that uses non-dynamic parameters with descriptions
2. Attempt to preview in Web Reports

Expected Result: Web Reports should leverage the Description in the IN Parameter.

Actual Result: Description value for the IN parameters are not leveraged.
