Bug: There is a display loss between adding pages, binding them, and then displaying previous pages.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Insights
2. Click New
3. Add a new Group
4. Add a new Page
5. Bind Control to Page 1
6. Add a new Page
7. Bind Control to Page 2
8. Go back to Page1

Expected Result: The previously created control should display after adding a new control to a new page.

Actual Result: The display is lost between adding pages, binding them, and then displaying previous pages.
