Bug: In parameter Default Value does not work.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create A Job that uses a View with Variable Filter
2. Set up the execution with the Wizard adding values to the parameters.
3. Save the Job.
4. Open the Job.
5. Edit the Job using the Wizard.
6. Click Next until on the Parameter page.
7.  

Expected Result: Previous values used in parameter should be populated into the parameter selection.

Actual Result: Variable Filter parameters will show no previous value.
