Trouble seeing the images? Right click on images and open in new tab to enlarge or zoom in on the page (Ctrl + mousewheel).

The Problem: My report is running fine, but some fields/columns are either blank or not displayed at all, in the Detail Grid after executing the report.  

The Reason: This challenge generally happens when a query's field selection is changed, and the View is saved, without re-executing the query.  Ideally, a View should be re-executed after any query changes are made to confirm the results, and then saved.  This will store the updated Grid Format/Layout in the View file (.vdm).

The Solution:

1. Open VDM and the view you need to modify.

2. Run the View

3. Click the Clear Grid Formatting button in the Grid section of the ribbon bar.

*If fields/columns are still missing after clicking Clear Grid Formatting, click the Remove button (to the left).
