Resolved in Version 10.0.20.0

Bug: When adding a new Grid there are a few things happening that could cause confusion.

- Blank Names

- Odd Incrementor values

Steps to reproduce:

• Hitting rename and then clicking cancel will leave the name blank
• Hitting cancel 2 times in a row will give grid name of "3"
• 3 is believed result of incrementing. Grid1(details) Grid2(summary)
• Adding Grid Named "Test" twice adds "Test3"
• Same in Summary Grid
