Bug: Attempting to Save a view when the folder location the View is stored is not available will result in a Custom Query Error and unflags that changes have been made allowing a user to close VDM and lose the changes made.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create A Folder to save a view
2. Save / Move A View into the folder
3. Open the View and make changes
4. Delete The Folder
5. Click Save

Expected Result: VDM will not let the View be closed without notifying the changes were not saved.

Actual Result: Custom Query Error and VDM can be closed without saving.
