Resolved in Version 10.0.19.0

Bug: When you run a scheduled job that has a view that references a database file and MDS setting is disabled it will fail. Tries every minute for duration of appointment.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disable MDS
2. Create a job that uses database file
3. Schedule the job

Expected Result: Job run with no errors.

Actual Result: Error checking MDS connection
